Taicang Kaide Anticorrosive Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional company engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of sacrificial anode products. The company's predecessor was the domestic anode supplier "Taicang Shengnuo Alloy Casting Co., Ltd.". Taicang Shengnuo Company was established in 1997 and has provided professional sacrificial anode supporting services for major domestic shipyards for a long time. In 2010, the company realized restructuring and changed its name to "Taicang Kaide Anticorrosive Technology Co., Ltd.". The former company general manager Jia Shilei served as the chairman and general manager of the new company. Keep the original company's production, sales and technical backbone, and continue to provide services to customers.

The company produces and sells "Capita" brand zinc alloy sacrificial anodes and aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes, and also sells magnesium anodes and ICCP impressed current system products. Products are widely used in anti-corrosion of ocean-going ships, ports, marine engineering, seawater cooling water systems, petroleum storage tanks, and buried pipelines.

►Infrastructure :

CapitaLand Anticorrosion is located at Wulu Road, Xinming Village, Huangjing Town, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province. The factory covers an area of 2,000 square meters, including 1,500 square meters for production workshops and 300 square meters for office buildings. It has 8 1,200 kg natural gas smelting furnaces and 1 2,000 kg natural gas smelting furnace, with nearly 1,000 sets of various molds, with a daily production capacity of 25 tons/day of aluminum anodes and 30 tons/day of zinc anodes, and an annual design production capacity of 12,000 tons . Among them, small-batch urgent orders can guarantee the completion of production and supply within 1-2 days.

►Laboratory :

The company has established "chemical analysis experiment" and "electrochemical performance experiment" rooms that meet the national standards, which can independently complete the chemical composition analysis, electrochemical performance experiment, contact resistance experiment, etc. of sacrificial anode products, which provides sufficient guarantee for product quality. Guaranteed.

Chemical analysis requires each batch of anodes to take a sample for analysis before and after casting. All samples are kept for 3 years, and analysis records are kept. Electrochemical testing ensures that the anodes produced in each batch meet the required performance. The test can be carried out in accordance with DNV RP B401, NACE TM0190 and GB/T 17848 standards. Other types of experiments can also be carried out according to customer requirements.

Taicang Kaide Anticorrosive Technology Co., Ltd. has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification of the China Classification Society Quality Certification Center, and passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification and the ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and also has the French BV classification society factory form certification .
